IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON OIL, BUTTER & SOUFFLE’

For best results oil must be stored at a temperature of 76 degrees or higher. Any temperatures below that may cause the product to solidify. To return to its original state, place the tightly sealed oil in a cup or sink of hot water. Oil should always be a translucent yellow. Cloudy oil signifies that the oil is cold. During winter months your oil may arrive in a frozen state due to the extreme cold. No worries simply sit your oil in a warm place or at room temperature and the oil will return to it’s normal consistency. If you are excited to use your oil as soon as it arrives and it is frozen simply place the oil in a cup of hot water and within minutes the oil will return to it’s normal consistency.

For best results store butter & souffle’ at room temperature or in a cool place. Due to the delicate nature of any form of butter, our butter will melt if stored in the heat. Do not store your butter in the car during warmer months. During delivery in warm climates do not allow your butter to sit in the mailbox as it will melt.
